Mike and Meredith first met at an artist retreat in Connecticut.

They play a bunch of games and go to some awesome parties together, and really like hanging out.

Meredith took Mike to see a giant duck (and also meet her awesome family, but come on... look at that duck!)

Mike took Meredith to a zoo in Connecticut, by way of Canada (no really, a long weekend in Montreal and then a surprise trip to the zoo on the way home).

They visited SO many great museums together. Sharing a love of learning and seeing cool discoveries from around the world.

Then Mike found this cool rock and Meredith got really happy about it. Look at how excited they are. aren't rocks cool? (Oh yeah, he asked if she would marry him and she said yes too. But rocks are still cool.)
